Where is Dudley Port Station?

Dudley Port Station is at Station Drive, Dudley, West Midlands off Dudley Port, DY4 8UB

In brief

The Dudley Port Station we have now was orginally known as Dudley Port High Level Station, it opened 1852, as the Low Level Station was nearby on the South Staffordshire line from Dudley to Walsall beneath. After the Beeching Axe, High Level was dropped from the name in 1964 when the Low Level Station was closed. The upper level was revamped in the 1980s and reopened by 1989. These days, trains every half an hour between Wolverhampton and Walsall via Birmingham New Street.
