The Community Village is a healthy and eco-friendly community set to redevelop an ex-industrial site.
The initial design concept aims to deliver 83 one, two & three-bedroom homes, communal amenities, and private terraces, rejuvenating an ever-evolving street with a close-knit sustainable new build. With playful ground-level arches, TCV will rise between three and six storeys with landscaping, biodiversity and amenity forming a major part of this new scheme. Facilities include a range of communal, shared, and private amenity spaces including terraces, courtyards, and vegetable gardens at level 1; private terraces to 2-5; and a rooftop communal terrace for all. Highly sustainable measures will see 100 pre-fabricated sensory planters form part of the building structure to feature an integrated drainage irrigation system. The ground floor will see dedicated waste and recycling stores, storage and plant rooms; along with 58 car (6 disabled & 12 EV charging) & 100 bicycle spaces.
