Where is Winson Green Outer Circle Tram Stop?

Winson Green Outer Circle Tram Stop is near Boulton Road and Handsworth New Road, Winson Green, Birmingham B21 0RE

In brief

A tram stop in Winson Green, it is named after the no 11 Outer Circle bus route. At the pedestrian entrance is a sculpture by Tim Tolkien called James Watt's Mad Machine. One of the few tram stops to have an island platform, due to the lack of space at the site. It opened in 1999 on the original Birmingham to Wolverhampton line 1, and is now in West Midlands Metro Zone 2. The Jewellery Line is nearby (but trams only stop here). In walking distance of the Soho Road in Handsworth.
