THE BATH HOUSE, PHASE I

The Bath House is a 406 build-to-rent development on the former 1930s Kent Street Baths site.

Four new PRS (private rental sector) blocks have been built, with the tallest building topping out at 19 storeys.

In total, 406 studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and duplexes make up the accommodation mix, richly complemented by a whole host of amenities.

With a 24-hour concierge and co-working spaces available, at the heart of the site, however, is to be a striking new community hub and courtyard space for residents.

This will become a vibrant and semi-enclosed space, perfect for socialising, exercising, and divulging in community events.

Bringing outward-facing vitality to the area will be up to half a dozen commercial units (1,326 sqm), bringing a range of new opportunities (occupiers tba).
